Add ASSIGNOUT as an Event

ASSIGNIN is an Event that can be tracked, but there is no corresponding event called ASSIGNOUT for situations when a Scale Clerk manually checks a truck out of the plant. We need to track this so we can troubleshoot 3rd Party integration issues.

Email Frieght Pay Invoices at end of process

It should be simple to add a script, similar to that which emails customer invoices, as the last stage of the Freight Pay process. This would save massive amounts of manual work to regenerate individual email to carriers in line with invoice periods

Allow Other Charges to Convert All To "Metric" Tons

Qty Calc Method "Convert All To Tons" in Other Charges/Surchages cannot use Metric Tons for the conversion. Add a "Convert All To Metric Tons" option or allow the current option to use the units of measured registered in Apex.

Showing the scale weight on the ATK

This would be beneficial to drivers as they are operating the ATK to print their ticket.

Concrete interfaces that supports multiple IIS pools that an office login with Central Dispatch sending tickets to multiple batch plants. Currently only a single IIS pool is recognized and when on plant fails to send, all plants fail to send until IIS is restarted.
