Sometimes, a customer will call in and request a delivery, but also send their own trucks to pick up material. WIth Auto Attach Dispatch turned on, these loads will be counted against the Dispatch Order.
For example, if a customer orders 10 loads, but has a truck pick up 2 loads in addition (should be 12 loads), auto attach would complete 2 of the loads on the Dispatch Order. Thus, unless paying close attention, only 8 would be shipped.
One way to handle this is to auto-attach based on FOB Status (if ticket is deliver and order is deliver, or if both are pickup).
