Frequently, someone without expert level knowledge will be troubleshooting AutoID, and receive a 'No Assignment' error. Looking further at the logs, we can see 'Last Input E', but it does not appear to be an error, so it is overlooked. They request a SME's assistance, pulling them from other priorities. The SME must then inform them what 'Last Input E' means, that the kiosk generated an error and that the IDTouch1 log must be looked at to determine the problem.
It would be good to notate in the log what the next action should be - looking at the kiosk log for the error.
