We want to further invest in our use of the Wireless Loader across our company, but there are a handful of things that we would love to see improved on it.
- Allow an auto log on feature so the Loader can launch the icon with no need to enter a log on. Similar to command line parameter logins. The loader shouldnt have to pick his log in or his load station. It causes lots of confusion.
- Admin control over what columns are shown and set on a central level and don't let the loader change them. AND don't erase the settings when the cache is reset.
- The Product by Location feature is flaky and the Product often shows as the name from the inproduc table rather than the inlocprd table.
- Most icons on the screen have issues showing. For instance the Gear, Refresh, and Vehicle Detail Arrow buttons on the Load List page.
- Logging into the tablet is very finicky. Often I log in and the "Load Bulk Trucks" button still shows as "Welcome to Apex". Then I get in a loop of logging in with no change.
- The ability to change Load Stations should be as easy as the "Windows version" of the Loader Tablet where there are arrows on the top. Instead of having to hit the menu button and switch there. The Loader Operator should never have to leave the Load List screen.
- The ability to see the previously loaded trucks like in the "Windows version".
- I did want to say what works well.
- Touching the Target Weight and marking as loaded is so simple and works great.
- The refreshing of vehicles in yard works great.
- The design is simple and should not be made more complicated graphically.
