When ticketing and GVW is exceeded, record this occurrence as a vehicle event to allow monitoring for process improvement. Currently this information is buried in User logs text files.
Michelle, reporting is indeed the problem today.
In addition it would be most helpful to also know which loader/loadout (with loader tablets I guess) was responsible so that there is a feedback loop to operators.
I'm not sure if this is quite the same thing but we've had requests to report on overweight vehicles that have to be sent back to dump some of the load. This information is not captured so we can't report on it.
