This would be a nice tool to compare all the changes from one Apex build to the next. Right now, all the release notes only cover the most recent build's changes from the previous release. This isn't super helpful if we are two or three versions behind.
Yes, the database changes are very important. Right now we have to install the new version on a test server and then compare the old version with the new version to make sure columns we use, arent removed from the application.
