Our Billing team often has to void 100's of tickets at a time or they have to put 100's of ticket on HOLD or take them off HOLD. It would be great to either add a screen to filter tickets similar to the Ticket Inquiry and apply the things mentioned or just to add a button to the Ticket Inquiry screens that can set a handful of selected tickets to VOID or HOLD, etc.
Right now, we just have a database script we run to update mass amounts of tickets and this isn't sustainable and we would rather do it within the application.
Putting mass tickets on Hold, for one customer for example, would be a good addition. I have seen this before with customers and it can be time consuming if one customer has an account on hold for price increase confirmation (as an example)
