Apex will automatically complete a sales order when all ordered quantities have been shipped on a sales order - based on the configuration of "Complete By and Percentage". However, if a ticket is voided and the quantity shipped is now below the quantity ordered, Apex does not reverse this process. When this happens, someone must access the order and 1). Manually change the order status and 2). Manually go to the product that has fallen below the threshold and un-check the completed box. Apex should be able to handle this reset automatically - just as it does for completing a sales order. Unfortunately, the weighmaster may not know this until the truck is on the scale and receives the error that the order is completed. Weighmaster then has to address this issue while the driver waits for the order to be manually corrected - then the truck can be ticketed.
