Ability to assign carrier to dispatch

Many times, the actual vehicle is unknown until it arrives at the plant when a third party carrier is asked to deliver material.

It would be beneficial for a third party carrier to arrive at a plant, then choose from a list (via kiosk, or weighmaster choose from a list on the ticket screen) of dispatch orders designated for that carrier.
