It would be very useful to be able to use wildcards when setting up a Custom View in the new Ticket Inquiry screen. For example, we use part of the "Description" field to distinguish between types of vehicles hauling for the same Customer. Since that field is Text, the information is not entered the same way each time (plants vary in data entry quality). Being able to use wildcards (either a "%" or an "*" would help the end user see the differences.
