Ship Via field flow from Order to Ticket

As shown in the attached email with Support, the functionality to take the Ship Via field from the Order Screen and transition the field to the ticket screen should be put in place.

 

Almost every other field from the order screen flows down, so this one should too.

    Review this field on the SO to see if it can be placed on the tkscreen.  Add field 656 to tkscreen.
