The customers can filter on a Location (for example) and then on screen only the Tickets for the Location are visible. If they want to then Filter on a selection of a few tickets or products they cannot easily do this. If there are 100's of tickets on screen, the column may actually be populated with 1000's and it's difficult to navigate without Custom filters.
