Similar to the button for attaching ticket images to an email, it would be beneficial to mass combine tickets into a zip file from the Ticket Inquiry Screen.
If we try to attached 200+ ticket images to an email, things of course bomb out. But if we could download a zip of the tickets, we could then email that.
