Allow both License Plate Recognition and RFID check in at AutoID Locations

We would like to use License Plate Recognition to each of our automated sites but also will need the ability to keep our RFID readers for trucks that don't have a license plate on the front or for trucks that just type in their badge number.

    This can be accomplished with an additional ID Station; on a single lane if the truck does not have a front tag it would stop at the RFID reader to swipe a card, the LPR would not have a plate to pickup and would not read. You could also do a two lane with one as an Express Lane for the LPR and the second as the RFID lane.
