Add the ability to control by dispatch if we want to stop trucks from checking in if the next load is too far in the future.
For example, if a load is due at 9AM, and calculated load time is 8AM, don't allow checking in until 7AM at the earliest.
It would be good to have a threshold setting for this (60 minutes in the example above) in the location window, but just have that default a threshold that can be changed directly on the dispatch order.
