In Quebec, each plant’s mix designs are certified for a period of 3 years.
That specific’s mix design certification # has been put in the Mix description field.
So each product can be assigned to multiple plants, but each plant only has 1 MixID assigned to them, the formula that’s been certified specifically for that plant.
Our problem is that if the Mix Design isn’t populated automatically on the ticketing screen when selecting a product, it’s often forgotten.
You then get inaccurate reports at the end of the day, and someone has to fix those tickets afterwards.
The easy fix is to be able to assign a default mix at the product location level and have that Mix default in when creating a ticket.
