When imaging thousands of tickets daily for hundreds of jobs, it would be nice to have the order/job number at the start/end of the ticket number in order to find a group of tickets for a certain job/order and to file them in sub-folders.

Yes I do that to. This is more for our project managers who do not have access to apex or are out in the field and need to provide the consultants copies of tickets for the entire job or a specific day.
Chris - Can you explain a bit further as to reasons why you would want them sorted by job etc.?
The reason I ask is because what I would do today is use our new ticket inquiry to quickly filter based on that job (order) and recall the ticket images within the application (as opposed to sorting through the actual files manually).
