Required fields on ticketing present and error msg if not properly filled in, causing the user to clear the screen and start over.

If I put in the wrong order into an empty field on the ticket (it was processed as No Job ID) and I made a mistake, it keeps sending the message that the order is required, even if I revert to the original state of the ticket.

Is there another way to fix this except clearing the screen and starting all over?
