Operations - Provide a method to limit which operations appear in the drop-down - based on the location selected.

Not all operations are available at each location. When using the operation drop-down, all values are being shown. Would like the ability to assign the operations codes to the location(s) to which they can actually apply. This will reduce data entry errors by someone accidently selecting an operation that does not exist at that location.
