We have multiple scale ticketing screens that are used to ticket from each of the locations by a single person without having to change locations or scales. The hard part is that when they are flipping through old tickets it could change the location that it started with and leaves it with no way to determine which ticketing screen that should be. In order to get around it we have hard coded the ticket site information on that screen format. The issue there is when we make a change across the enterprise to the screen format we have to make the same changes to every format, which is a well over 100 screen formats in each of the location folders. It would be nice to be able to have the name pulled from somewhere within the system so that it can be updated without being statically assigned in the screen format.
I spoke to Jayson about this. It seems that using the feature on the Users window 'Login Location Only' will help lock a particular ticketing screen to the location that it was opened from.
