We use indexed other charges to handle items like Fuel Surcharge. We apply this at the location level, but for certain months the Fuel Surcharge is $0. Currently this causes Re-price to throw an exception. For the months the charge is $0 we have to remove the charge...then add it back later. We have to temporarily remove the charge every time we credit/rebill an invoice with tickets from a time when the charge was $0...or remember to temporarily add it back if it's currently $0 but we are credit/rebilling tickets that should have the fuel surcharge. This has been a long running headache and I thought we just weren't finding the option to allow the $0 price other charge but today was told by CAI that there is no option and to add a request. I'd be fine with it being an option to flag $0 other charge as WARNING on re-price instead of a hard stop.
