Add a button to the Scale Ticketing screen that would allow the scale operator to refresh data that is cached.
Caching was added to the ticketing module to improve performance. A setting was added Cache Interval that allows the customer to determine how often the refresh of data occurs. Setting the interval to "0" effectively means the data will not cache.
This idea is to provide a refresh button to the ticketing screen for manual refreshing of data without having to exit the ticketing screen for wait for the cache interval to pass.
