We are gauging interest in providing cloud based SQL DB & Apex Company File Backups. If you feel this would be beneficial please register a vote.
We do this through our backup solution today, so I wouldnt say its really needed. It would be more interesting to see a web version of Apex ticketing created. No need for back office things, just ticketing and a service on the Apex server would handle all printing and such.
