Hauler Statement to AUTO EMAIL to send like our Invoices do now. We have the access to list the Carrier email, but not good use if you can't Auto send the Carrier Statement if we would like to download our Freight AP to Direct Bank Deposit. This forces us to continue to print/mail their Freight Statement. Time and Costly. Like the option to email our Freight by Ticket Report, not the posting report, but the Freight Statement report for that is what we currently send to haulers currently with check. Trying to get away from manual Checks and Statements.
We are in the same boat. Our haulers have been switched to ACH payments which is great, but we still send the Freight by Ticket Reports via US mail...we are falling behind here. More and more carrier's are asking why we can't email the reports. All we can say is unfortuantly our vendor doesn't offer a way to do this. I know it can be done manually, but that's just not proctical. Manually generate all the pdf's and then manually and correctly attach the proper pdf's to the proper email.....is just ripe for error and far too time consuming. Surely the programmers can implament a way to do this similar to invoices.
