We integrate apex with fleetwatcher, and in version 6 they were able to pull tickets from the JwsData database. Fleetwatcher uses the auditDate and AuditTime fields to monitor ticket changes. After upgrading to version 7, the audit date and audit time fields no longer are updated, and are only updated in the JwsAudit database. Fleetwatcher started pulling the tickets from the jwsaudit database, but now we're finding that our UDF fields do not get audited, and support told us in case CAS-73116-K1M5P6 that we'd need to make this a feature request as currently UDF fields aren't able to be audited. If possible, we'd like to make this idea high priority so we can properly integrate with fleetwatcher - either by changing the behavior of the auditdate/audittime fields in jwsdata, or by allowing udf fields to be sent to the audit database.
