Is there a need to have a field added to the Apex User screen to enter a Weighmaster Certificate number for use on scale tickets?
We do the same thing - we add the Weighmaster License number to the end of the user name.

I'm not sure what value a dedicated field brings, right now in the states we operate in where this is required we just add it in the description after the weighmaster's name. It then prints on the ticket next to their name.
