When a ticket is Voided, the various counts and quantities on the associated Sales Order are not reduced by the amounts of the voided ticket. This is causing many Orders to prematurely be Completed, either automatically or by a hard stop for specific customers. This causes an unnecessary delay at the scale house while the situation is worked out.
Hi Mark, we recently addressed this in Apex 7.7.3. Now if a ticket is voided it will update the loads and quantities and if applicable set the Order back to Active if it was completed by load or quantity.
