Ability to have 10 extra charges in tickets

In order to bill efficently our customers, we need the ability to have more than the 5 current extra charge available. I think a safe number of extra charge would be 10 slots available. Item that we are using but force to make a choice since we can't use them all at the same time ;

fuel surcharge (any time)

winter manitention (january 1 to march 31)

Thaw Period (depending on thaw period)

minimum loading charge (-17t in thaw -15 in thaw)

Zone delivery MTL

overload Variable (depending on mtq)

And some special events request too
