The "Royalty Source" is entered for every Ticket in the Scale house dependent on where the product has been sourced. When there is a requirement to correct something later on in the process any change in the "Edit Ticket" screen is also wiping out the value stored in the "Royalty Source" field. As this is sometimes missed by the user editing the ticket it's causing issues with tracking the material. The information, if not manually changed, should persist in the system.
Workaround provided using field that will not get updated when changing orders on the ticket in Edit Ticket screen.
