Users who enter transactions into the Ticketing and Ticket Edit screen in the OFFICE location would like only a single ticket to print out. Our current ticket formats are universal, and all tickets print (2) copies. Since OFFICE tickets are not needed by the truck driver, we could save a lot of paper by only printing a single copy if the user entering them is logged into the OFFICE location at the time of entering a manual ticket, miscellaneous ticket, back-dated ticket, etc.

This could be done by setting the Ticket Copies to 2 and having the template as 1 copy, but changing Document Setup at the office to have Force One Copy set to yes.
