Adding the actual time the ticket is printed to screens dispatchers have open 100% of the time will give the user an idea of how far behind or ahead of schedule they are on the same screen. Right now Ticket No, Actual Qty, Actual Carrier, and Actual Vehicle are displayed in both the Dispatch Order screen/Load List tab and Command Track Show Loads screen. The only place to retrieve TicketTime is in Ticket Inquiry where dispatch functionality is limited/nonexistent. The addition of replicating TicketTime to Dispatch Orders/Command Track would benefit my dispatchers greatly since knowing when the ticket was printed is just as crucial as knowing the actual quantity of the ticket. I have attached some screenshots.
We appreciate your idea, however, we will not add it to our development pipeline at this time. Each idea is reviewed and scored based on a number of factors including the business impact to our customer base, strategic direction, market input (votes) and effort to develop. As always, we want to ensure we are utilizing our resources to develop the most impactful solutions for our industry.
Although we see value in adding this functionality, the effort to add the feature to the product outweighs the other factors mentioned above. It is definitely something that could be considered in the future.
We keep a log of every idea for as a reference point when looking at future enhancements. These old ideas may be resurrected if it aligns with a future initiative.
