Remove 'Use Fields' settings

Remove all 'Use x_field' settings (i.e. Use Load Stations). This will prevent support requesting additional details about these settings (as all installs work the same, in regards to this subject). This has the potential to prevent defects, as problems will become more visible (either it works or it does not). Note: Some companies may use these fields as user-defined fields. It should be explained during the upgrade that other fields must be used, and interfaces may need to be changed.
