PenDOT will give us a PO for 500 tons of asphalt. There's a few different products they can request depending on what the plant is running that day but that particular PO cannot go above 500 tons. We will create an order in Apex for that PO and add the few asphalt products they can take. We have to manually add up everything that's been shipped for that order to make sure we don't go above 500 tons.
If we could add an Ordered quantity on the Order header, and it would add up everything shipped for that order, the system would then be able to stop the ticket from being printed if we've gone above the allowed quantity for that order.
