Current Apex Help is non user friendly, cumbersome, and always out of date. If this was published online with and updated search engine, users could always have current up-to date information and training.
It would also be helpful to be able to attach or otherwise 'integrate' customer help to these screens for company-specific rules/procedures or other this a necessary for the company process -
