You SHOULD be able to do that in the new Ticket Inquiry screen:
The new Ticket Inquiry programs provided the ALL the fields that the previous version of the Ticket Inquiry program.
The basic design was to allow the customer add any field that they want.
The new Inquiry program provides an interface that allows you to do virtually anything that you need and/or want.
Modify the SQL to show the field you want. Let me know how it goes.

FYI - We've made 40+ fixes and enhancements to the inquiry programs since then. I would suggest that you contact support to get the latest.
