Change "TicketNo" Field to BIGINT From INT

Apex will noat allow a Ticket Number larger than '2147483647' because the field is defined as INT in SQL. This prevents us from using the first 3 digits as a Plant Code in numbering logic. Please consider changing this field in all tables to BIGINT.

Modifying target and maximum weights

When using 'allow changing trailer to change tare weight', we should also look into modifying target weights and maximum weights. 1553
