Change "TicketNo" Field to BIGINT From INT

Apex will noat allow a Ticket Number larger than '2147483647' because the field is defined as INT in SQL. This prevents us from using the first 3 digits as a Plant Code in numbering logic. Please consider changing this field in all tables to BIGINT.

XML interface for scales integration

We are finding that our larger scale vendors are moving towards XML as the method for integration. The feedback is that this will become more widespread and we would like to see the functionality in Apex to integrate to scales via XML
