Ability to track user who loaded a truck in wireless loader

Add the ability to track who loaded a vehicle. The intent would to use this to track KPIs by user. Percentage of target weight, average time to load, etc.

Using wireless loader, have the ability to view a picture of the vehicle from check in. This could be used to view the bed of a truck to ensure there is no contamination.

Loader App - Ability to Record Begin and End Load

We would like to add to the functionality of the Loader App the ability of the loader to press a button when he/she starts to load a truck and when they finish loading the truck. This would need to be recorded in a table for reporting purposes.

Currently, different URLs must be used when deploying Wireless Loader for multiple Apex companies. Having one URL/website for all companies would make wireless loader easier to maintain.
