Ability to track user who loaded a truck in wireless loader

Add the ability to track who loaded a vehicle. The intent would to use this to track KPIs by user. Percentage of target weight, average time to load, etc.

Add ability to view target and actual weights for vehicles loaded via wireless (web) loader

This ability was added to the windows version of wireless loader - As new installations are using the web version, it would be beneficial to add this feature there as well
