As a fleet coordinator, I would like the ability to communicate plans with third party vendors ahead of time (such as next day loads at the end of the day today).

Currently, another system must be used. Commonly, that system is excel and email/phone calls.

As a fleet allocator, I would like the ability to assign a number of trucks for a carrier to a given order, without knowing the trucks ahead of time As a fleet coordinator, I would like to know the cost of third party vehicles per order.

Many times, the vehicle that will pick up a customer's order is not known - A carrier only states that they are allocating a number of vehicles, but rarely the specific vehicles. Even when specific vehicles are given, it can change without notice.

Maintain time interval between dispatch loads

For example, if spacing loads at 9AM, 9:30, 10AM, 10:30, and the first truck actually loads at 9:15AM, other loads should push out to maintain spacing (9:45, 10:15, 10:45)

Change "TicketNo" Field to BIGINT From INT

Apex will noat allow a Ticket Number larger than '2147483647' because the field is defined as INT in SQL. This prevents us from using the first 3 digits as a Plant Code in numbering logic. Please consider changing this field in all tables to BIGINT.
