Ticket Import Service Revamp

The TIS needs a lot of work. Right now it is very bare bones and it often more work to ingest ticket data through than to do a simple sql insert. I would love if the TIS would accept only a small set of values that is necessary to create a ticket, such as: ticket date, location, customerid, orderid, productid, carrierid, truckid, qty. The rest of the data would be populated automatically, similar to how the ticket screen works. In general, those are the only values a user touches at ticket time and the rest is just populated! 

The TIS should automatically do the following: assign ticket number based on hierarchy, expand all description fields, grab necessary user types from customers and orders,expand the truck fields and types, create an AUDIT record if that table is set up for it, and most importantly PRICE THE TICKET using the pricelist hierarchy, freight tables, other charges, tax, load totals.... the list can go on.

This would then truly act as a Ticket Import Service where apex can receive the basic info in order to create a billable ticket.

This would be a game changer
