We often need a different number of ticket copies based on specific customers or orders. It would be convenient if there was a print copies box under the tickets tab while entering a quote so you don't have to go to it and change it when the quote is changed over to an order. This would a eliminate errors on the back end if someone forgets to make the change and the scale house is unaware of the needed number of copies.

From you screenshot it looks that way. I reached out to Command Alkon's customer service last week and they said this wasn't an option. How would we go about adding this box back in to the tickets tab under quotes?
Blake, I think what you are asking for already exists. It's at the bottom of the tickets tab, in the middle. Perhaps your screen is customized and this field is hidden?
