Right now, if entering in a new ticket directly from the edit tickets screen, it defaults to the highest ticket number found in scale, edit, or the history file as the next number. This is causing issues with integration into our ERP system because someone at one point in all of our regions typoed a ticket number so the next ticket number in the sequence is a 10-12 digit number and our ERP system won't accept a ticket number that long. I would like to see the next ticket number in edit tickets to use the same sequence as scale tickets & it pulls the next ticket number for the location that you're currently using on that ticket.

Ticket numbers need to be maintained . Manual ticket entry should use a different sequence number and the field size should be customizable by customer.
