Add Ability & Option to Automatically Email Tickets to Specified Customers When Ticketing
We have certain customers who request ticket copies on a regular basis. Having the ability to automatically email tickets for such customers at the time of ticketing would be extremely helpful to us and our customers.

The good news is functionality very similar to this isavailable today with CONNEX Essentials which is free since your company is using Apex. CONNEX Essentials allows you to set up specific customers to share tickets with on the CONNEX platform. This removes the need to email tickets which can get caught in spam filters or need to manage email addresses that get the tickets. The customer can log into the CONNEX platform and see their tickets on the dashboard.
