In System Configuration, you can choose to prevent ticketing when a Carrier is non-compliant (Expiration Date has passed) with one or all of the listed insurances. We would like to do that with Dispatches as we've had instances where trucks have showed up from a non-compliant Carrier on a Dispatch and can't be ticketed. It would be far more efficient if the dispatch was stopped first.
