Ability for signature capture on the touchscreen kiosk

When prompted for signature the user must be able to sign using his/her finger on the touchscreen.

Preload more information from Master Oder/Order into Dispatch Orders

Preload Carrier and vehicle groups in Master Order/Order just like vehicle types. Also increase carriers to match dispatch orders (5)
