Setting up ATK so it throws an error code when a ground loaded truck exceeds his Max Net

This would allow us to monitor the material loaded versuses just the full gross weight.

Trucking enhancement - Able to save new tickets by location

You are unable to set the 'Save New Tickets' setting based on Location. This means, for MOBILEticket (hauler) functionality, it must be on globally.
