Customer Account Balance screen-include edit tickets in the estimated account balance

The Customer Account Balance screen has a space for scale tickets count/amount however it doesn't include tickets that are in edit. It only includes tickets in history not invoiced which means it isn't an accurate estimated account balance.

Add ASSIGNOUT as an Event

Ability to change 'Update Price' default by location
