Mark ticket with "Simulation Mode" when a load is done in simulation mode from Libra

Business problem: When Libra is in simulation mode and that load is sent to Apex, there will be a flag sent to the intermediate database from Libra. Using that flag, print “Simulation Mode” for these types of loads.
