Add ability to edit the Customer Name Field from Ticketing screen and/or Dispatch Order screen. COD customer tickets would be typical use scenario. Edited name will be actual name on ticket and Dispatch Order but will not change Customer Record.

Ability to Include Order/Job Number on the ticket image file name for sorting purposes
When imaging thousands of tickets daily for hundreds of jobs, it would be nice to have the order/job number at the start/end of the ticket number in order to find a group of tickets for a certain job/order and to file them in sub-folders.
